Unpublish raw data related to: EBV-specific CD8 T lymphocytes and B cells during glatiramer acetate therapy in patients with MS

The data in the table are the concentrations expressed in pg / ml of soluble factors measured in the plasma of patients treated with glatiramer acetate at different time points and of healthy subjects. The measurement was made at Luminex 200 and the factors are: TGF-b1, H-MMP2, H-MMP9, BDNF, PDGF-AA, PDGF-AB / BB, NGF,  IL-6, CD163, IL1RA, IL-1beta, IL18, CXCL18 / IL-8, CXCL10 / IP-10, CCLA / MIP-1beta, CXCL9 / MIG, Osteopontin, CXCL11 / ITAC-1, IL23, CCL11 / Eotaxin.
