Distr.: Mexico (Sonora, Tamaulipas, Veracruz, Yucatán), Guatemala, Nicaragua, Panama, Bermuda, Bahamas, Cuba, Jamaica, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, St. Vincent, Trinidad, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia, Brazil (Goiás, Rio de Janeiro, Pernambuco), and Argentina (Corrientes, Misiones, Salta).
