Argentina: Buenos Aires, Catamarca, Chaco, Córdoba, Corrientes, Entre Ríos, Jujuy, La Pampa, Mendoza, Misiones: Iguazú, Salta, San Luis, Santa Fe, Santiago del Estero, and Tucumán (Rebagliati et al. 2005, Grazia and Schwertner 2008); Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Panama, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Venezuela (Eger 1978, Faúndez and Carvajal 2011).
