Distribution. Argentina, Barbados, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, St Vincent, Salvador, Tobago, Trinidad, Uruguay, and Venezuela (Schaefer and Ahmad 2008).
Material examined. 1♂, 25°40ʹ40.8ʺ S, 0 54°26ʹ56.9ʺ W, 19-XI-2008, Van Somer trap with fish, PNI0234 (MLP); 1♀, CIES, Sendero Macuco, 12-XII-2013, G. Dellapé coll., PNI0235 (MLP); 1♀, same data, 9-XII- 2013, G. Dellapé coll., PNI0236 (MLP).
Remarks. First record for Misiones province.
