This video serves as first video in a by TiPACCs established video series on Antarctic tipping points. The video aims to explain the relevance of studying Antarctic tipping points to a general public. It starts with showing a map of Antarctica and explaining that melting the Antarctic ice sheet causes sea level rise. Ice flow and ice shelves are introduced, after which ocean-ice interactions are explained.
