Deliverable 7.7: Dissemination Plan -UPDATE 1

Deliverable 7.7. presents the updates of D7.1 ARETE Dissemination plan and as such is a living document, which is regularly updated and summarized during the project such that by the end of the project all Key Performance Indicators are attained. The main updates of D7.1 in M14 include the following:

1. Updates on WP7 Deliverable amendment in July 2020

2. Updates on Dissemination Plan (responsibilities, schedule, channels/tools)

3. Updates of dissemination and communication activities (Year 1)

4. Updates on Exploitation plan (Year 2)

5. Updates on Annexes 1-4 (D7.1)

Dissemination is a key part of the project which is driven by research and the end outcome is three pilot products embedded with AR technology that will help thousands of students at primary school education. A clear dissemination strategy ensures that the all consortium members adhere to the plan which is purposefully designed to make the appropriate stakeholders aware and engage in the pilots and the research outcomes of the project. Within the suggested dissemination plan in D7.1 some changes were made in January 2020 to optimize the communication effort and provide leading partners on a weekly basis with a content suggestion. This strategy identifies ways to quantitatively measure the effectiveness of the dissemination efforts.

• Communications’ responsibilities have been evenly spread and scheduled among all consortium partners for the initial and further stages of the project.
• Communications’ schedule has been provided to all consortium partners.
• Communications’ vehicles have been pre-selected, clearly identified and communicated
• to all the consortium partners.
• KPIs and progress monitoring have been put in place for evaluating transparency, progress
• on project awareness.
• Clear reporting has been set up and communicated to all partners of ARETE consortium.

The strategy selected to position ARETE brand within the lifetime of the project focuses on the following elements (added year 4 based on the ARETE project extension for 6 months):

Year 1: How the idea was born? Meet the creators of the future with ARETE. Year 2: What is going on? Get ready to participate in the future.
Year 3: What are the results? How to keep EdTech with AR sustainable.
Year 4: Showcase of ARETE AR ecosystem and disseminate the results.

D7.7 will be further updated in D7.8 during the project lifetime at M28.
