Functional Association of Prokaryotic Virus Orthologous Groups: A Proof of Concept - Predictions

Main output table containing all processed pVOG pairs, their predicted label (0 for negative 1 for positive), prediction probability, available annotations (raw and processed) and calculated features values.

This serves as supplementary/additional data, due to its size. Standard worksheet viewing applications (MS Excel, LibreOfiice Calc) will probably fail.
