ToC2ME Receiver Coordinates

Receiver coordinates for the ToC2ME dataset in easting and northing, units of m. Relative coordinates are used for the 69 stations and the station numbers match those in the IRIS repository for this dataset. The IRIS station coordinates in lat/long can be accessed at https://ds.iris.edu/mda/5B/?starttime=2016-01-01T00:00:00&endtime=2017-12-31T23:59:59
