Effect of habitat quality and phenotypic variation on abundance- and trait-based early warning signals of population collapses

  • 1. Eawag, CH

Description

Two datasets:

1. A csv file of all the treatments except the control : "Global_data_exp_1". This particular csv file includes timeseries of abundance, body size, standard deviation of body size for all the treatments except the control treatment.

2. Control treament csv file : "Control_Treatment.csv". This particular csv file includes timeseries of abundance, body size, standard deviation of body size for only the control treatment.

3. "All.Kendall.Tau.dat.RData" is the RData set that contains data from post-analysis of the timeseries data. It consists of Kendalls tau values of all the EWS only of the treatments but not of the control treatment.

4. Kendall.tau.data_alltreatment.csv : This dataset contains all the kendalls tau value of all the EWS of all the treatments including the control.

5. Mixed-model-ews_ROC_analysis.Rmd: This is a rmarkdown script. ALL the above datasets can be used to partly reproduce our results using this Rmarkdown script.
