Distribution in Bolivia: Santa Cruz (Stone 1942 (as “ Argentina?”, but locality is in Bolivia (Foote 1967)), Hernández-Ortiz & Aluja 1994, Lobos 1997, Norrbom et al. 1999, Norrbom 2004a, this publication).
