The purpose of the study is to highlight the communicative nature of musical art, its role in the communicative-speech development of preschoolers and the possibilities of using it in family communication.
Methodology – scientific approaches (personality-oriented, competence-based, integrated) and a set of methods of scientific cognition: theoretical (analysis of psychological, pedagogical, musicological literature) – to study the theoretical foundations of the problem, generalization of basic concepts; empirical (observation of the manifestations of the communicative and speech skills of preschoolers in everyday life, conversations with children and parents, questioning parents) – to identify the state of the problem under study; design – for the logical construction of research and presentation of its results.
The scientific novelty of the work is to reveal the essence of the phenomenon of «communicative and speech development of a preschooler in the family by means of musical art», which we consider as a purposeful process of organizing emotionally saturated life of a child in the family. the purpose of mastering the norms and rules of behavior and communication in interpersonal communication; concretization of forms of organization of children's life in the family with the use of music, promoting effective communication of its members, and therefore – and communicative and speech development of preschoolers.
Conclusions: communicative speech development is an important factor in the socialization of a personality, its formation as a whole. The closest developing and educational environment, irreplaceable in terms of the power of the educational impact on the child, is the family. Among the ways of communicative-speech development of a preschooler in a family, we consider the use of various means, in particular, music and types of activities related to it, effective, since music most of all affects feelings and has common means of expression with speech.
