Description
This essay aims to discuss public policies for the inclusion of autistic students in Basic Education brazilian, requiring an interdisciplinary dialogue to understand the implications of these inclusion policies in regular education in the public school from the country. Therefore, it was necessary to hold a conceptual theoretical debate on Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), with analysis of the international and national legal frameworks on the inclusion of autistic students in regular education in Brazil.
