Gene Wiki: Leveraging Wikidata as a linked data hub for the life sciences
Description
Slides for the Gene Wiki presentation at the second CZI EOSS meeting. The Gene Wiki project recognizes and leverages Wikidata (www.wikidata.org) as a linked data hub for public knowledge in the life sciences. During the 20 minutes presentation, an introduction to Wikidata was given, followed by a description of the workflow followed to align public data sources with Wikidata.
