postprocessing now has an option to assign fungalTraits (https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s13225-020-00466-2#data-availability) that also works for filtered data sets
reads filtering option trunc_qual now needs fwd and rvs values
reads filtering also implements the trim_left option
there's an option to downsample samples to the same number of reads after filtering and before constructing ASVs
