Updating scientific and methodological approaches to building a polycriteria system for diagnosing the activities of enterprises–stakeholders of construction projects

Description

The subject of the research is scientific, methodological and applied tools of economic diagnostics
as a guarantee of ensuring the management of an investment and construction project as a mobile
construction organization (MCO) based on the economic and functional parameters of the investment
and construction object together with the current and strategic goals of the institutional participants
of the MCO during the life cycle of the project.
The aim of the article is to develop methodological and analytical tools for functional and economic
diagnostics of an investment construction project, which in the organizational, structural and
managerial context is presented and studied as a mobile construction organization of a specific type,
in terms of the content and stages of functional and administrative activities, which is subordinate to
the life cycle of a construction project.
Research methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research is the fundamental
principles of the system approach, methods of scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, induction
and deduction, the dialectical method of cognizing economic phenomena, the corresponding provisions
of financial management, management theory, enterprise economics, scientific works of domestic
and foreign scientists, in which highlights the main problems of diagnostics of financial and economic
activities of construction enterprises. To solve individual problems, the following scientific methods
were used in the work: theoretical generalization, comparison, associations and analogies – to clarify
the essence of diagnostics and its role in the management process, abstract modeling – to build a
conceptual diagnostic model, methods of system analysis, correlation, regression analysis, formalization
and economic and mathematical modeling – in the process of developing applied diagnostic models and
their implementation, in assessing and forecasting the financial parameters of construction enterprises.
Results of work. The article is devoted to the development of a conceptual, theoretical–
methodological and methodical–applied base for the formation, use and development of polycriteria
systems for diagnosing the activities of construction enterprises. The proposed multi–vector
assessment approach will allow modernizing the idea of the content and essence of the operating
system of an investment and construction project as a mobile enterprise based on new subsystems of business indication of construction and technology; subsystems for the initiation of an investment
and construction project, planning and diagnostics; subsystems of administration, coordination
and support. Identification of the state and prospects of construction enterprises on the basis of
diagnostics serves as the basis for the development of further measures to increase the efficiency
of their functioning, increase the level of competitiveness, investment attractiveness, and create
prerequisites for ensuring development.
Scope of the results. The results of the work will help the top management of contracting enterprises
to effectively monitor, structure and maneuver the assets of contracting construction enterprises in the
