MTMurphy77/UVES_headsort: UVES_headsort: VLT/UVES pipeline preparation

This is version 0.58 of UVES_headsort which fixes default values for the minimum and maximum number of ThAr lines to be used in wavelength calibrating settings bluer than 420nm (i.e. usually the standard 390 and 346nm settings).
