Strengthening the material and technical base of agricultural enterprises and increasing the efficiency of its implementation

The subject of the study is the strengthening the material and technical base of agricultural
enterprises and the introduction of new technologies.
The purpose of the study is to determine effective measures the strengthening the material and
technical base of agricultural enterprises and the introduction of new technologies.
Research methods. The dialectical method of scientific cognition, the method of analysis and
synthesis, the comparative method, the method of generalization of data are used in the work.
Results of work. The article identifies alternative mechanisms for providing enterprises with
equipment. The principles according to which the internal market of agricultural machinery should be
formed are resulted. Problems of technical support of commodity producers and their solution are
outlined. The main elements of innovation infrastructure and important components of investment
and innovation policy are identified.
Conclusions. It is necessary to gradually strengthen the material and technical base of agricultural
enterprises and increase the efficiency of all its components. This is especially true of technical means,
most of which are obsolete and worn out. Since a significant part of agricultural enterprises are not
able to independently purchase the required number of new technical means, to solve these problems
are appropriate: their acquisition on lease terms; development of the market of used equipment;
creation of an extensive network of machine–rolling points; formation by economically weak and small
enterprises of inter–farm machine–tractor parks, creation by them of specialized cooperatives,
circles, rings, societies, etc.
