ДИНАМІКА МОТИВІВ УЧІННЯ СТУДЕНТІВ В СТРУКТУРІ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ

In the context of research the main attention is focused on formation of the professional competence and research of dynamics of motivational sphere concerning the personalities of students who get higher education in two specialties (primary and addition-al). According to the results of the research we have defined the motives that are leading for the majority of the sample students and those that are less significant for students. Besides this we have researched and statistically confirmed the difference between the students of the first and fourth year in the following motives for study: to become a qualified specialist, the intellectual satisfaction.
