Type data. Ex Leopoldamys sabanus (syn. Rattus sabanus), Malaysia, Selangor State, Ulu Langat Forest Reserve.
Hosts. RODENTIA: Funambulus tristriatus, Leopoldamys sabanus, Millardia kondana, Rattus rattus; SCANDENTIA: Tupaia glis; SORICOMORPHA: Suncus murinus.
Distribution. India, Malaysia.
