Type data. Ex Rattus tanezumi (syn. Rattus rattus sladeni), Burma, Shingbwiyang.
Hosts. RODENTIA: Niviventer fulvescens, Rattus tanezumi; SCANDENTIA: Tupaia belangeri chinensis.
Distribution. Burma.
