Holotype male in OXUM.
Type locality: Carmen Pampa, 16º37’06” S 66º28’50” W, 1820 m, Cochabamba Department, Bolivia.
Distribution: Bolivia: Cochabamba Department; Ecuador: Napo and Zamora- Chinchipe Provinces; Peru: Cajamarca Department.
