Augochlora janae Laroca & Buys, 2013, nomen nudum

Augochlora janae Laroca & Buys, 2013: 211, ♀ (FIOCRUZ) from Brazil, Paraná, Curitiba Comments. This name was described for a specimen labelled by Father J. S. Moure as Augochlora nitidior, another nomen nudum according to Engel (2000). The publication of Laroca & Buys (2013) does not agree with International Code of Zoological Nomenclature articles 8 and 11 (ICZN 2012). The Acta Biológica Paranaense was distributed only electronically in 2013 and the work and name were not registered in the Zoobank. The described specimen is an A. phoemonoe.
