Curriculum for the arts domain, music profile – timeliness and perspectives

Modern society through its dynamism, its flexibility, in which openness to innovation requires a new model of human personality, is capable of meeting the requirements of the 21st century, which has been announced as a millennium of continuous change.

In the process of curriculum development, it is important to take into account a number of emerging processes and key challenges, in substance, all the results of democratization and globalization, which play a key role in shaping education priorities for the future. At the same time, trends in curriculum development at international level must also be followed.

The non-formal curriculum for the Arts domain, the music profile will generate a system of hierarchical components that will perform two main functions: the adjustable function – targeted by the teleological component and the strategic function – covered by the content and procedure components.
