Tychius stephensi Schoenherr, 1836 group

Remarks. This is a large group of small to medium-sized species with host plants in the Trifolieae. The vestiture of the elytra is mainly composed of narrow seta-like scales, which are often wider on interstria 1. Unlike other groups, the endophallus of several species in this group possesses some small spine-like sclerites.
