Description

This is deliverable 2.5 – MEMS device prototype – of the H2020 FET-Open project NEWTON-g (GA No 801221). The work described here was carried out in the framework of WP2 (Development of the gravity imager). D2.5 presents the status of the MEMS gravimeter developed in the framework of NEWTON-g.
