This presentation introduces functionalities and development of ITK-SNAP, an open source software application for 3D medical image segmentation. The presentation was given on December 10, 2020 at the Essential Open Source Software for Science (EOSS) Meeting hosted by the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative.
