Description
Asplenium trichomanes-dentatum Linnaeus, Species Plantarum 2: 1080. 1753.
"Habitat in America meridionali." RCN: 7839.
Lectotype (Morton & Lellinger in Mem. New York Bot. Gard. 15: 25. 1966): [icon] "Trichomanes latifolium dentatum" in Plumier, Traité Foug. Amér.: 58, t. 101 C. 1705.
Current name: Asplenium dentatum L. (Aspleniaceae).
Note: Under Art. 23.8, Ex. 19 of the Vienna Code, A. trich. dentatum L. is to be treated as A. dentatum L. (1753).
