Current name: Saussurea alpina (L.) DC. (Asteraceae).
Note: Although Lipshits (Rod Saussurea: 225. 1979) indicated unspecified and unseen material in LINN as “typus”, this statement does not distinguish between sheets 965.5 and 965.6 (which are not part of a single gathering, so Art. 9.15 does not apply).
