Description

Pulmonaria virginica Linnaeus, Species Plantarum 1: 135. 1753.

"Habitat in Virginia." RCN: 1094.

Lectotype (Williams in Ann. Missouri Bot. Gard. 24: 74. 1937): Kalm, Herb. Linn. No. 184.5 (LINN).

Current name: Mertensia virginica (L.) Pers. ex Link (Boraginaceae).
