Lectotype (van der Walt & Forster, Pelargoniums Southern Africa 2: 43. 1981): Herb. Clifford: 345, Geranium 17 (BM-000646435).
Current name: Pelargonium cucullatum (L.) L’Hér. (Geraniaceae).
