Lectotype (Isoviita in Acta Bot. Fenn. 89: 22. 1970): [icon] "Lichen pileatus parvus carinatus, capitulis fimbriatis" in Dillenius, Hist. Musc.: 521, t. 75, f. 4. 1741. - Voucher: Herb. Dillenius (OXF).
Current name: Asterella tenella (L.) P. Beauv. (Aytoniaceae).
