Drosera rotundifolia Linnaeus, Species Plantarum 1: 281. 1753.

Lectotype (Cheek in Jarvis & al., Regnum Veg. 127: 44. 1993): Herb. Linn. No. 398.2 (LINN).
Generitype of Drosera Linnaeus (vide Hitchcock, Prop. Brit. Bot.: 143. 1929).
Current name: Drosera rotundifolia L. (Droseraceae).
