Geographic Location and Habitats: ON: Sudbury, White birch and Trembling aspen (St. John et al. 2002); QC: Abitibi, boreal mixedwood forest (Déchêne & Buddle 2009, 2010); NS: Cape Breton Highlands NP (Behan-Pelletier 2010; Behan-Pelletier et al. 1987); NF: between Corner Brook and Little Grand Lake, Balsam fir forests (Dwyer et al. 1997, 1998).
