Geographic Location and Habitats: BC: Vancouver Is., Walbran Valley (Lindo & Winchester 2006, 2007); AB: ABMI Sites (Walter et al. 2014); NL: between Corner Brook and Little Grand Lake, Balsam fir forests (Dwyer et al. 1997, 1998).
