Maechidius perlatus (Frey, 1969) comb. nov.
Paramaechidius perlatus Frey, 1969: 504 (key), 507 (original description).
Type material
NHMB (♂ holotype).
Distribution
New Guinea (Bismarck Range, Wondiwoi Mts), Yapen Island of Cenderawasih Bay Islands.
