Diagnosis. Body length 2.4 mm, fore wing length 2.7 mm. Body black, hind femur brown. Ocelli small, posterior tangent to anterior ocellus transecting posterior ocelli, distance between fore and hind ocellus slightly longer than diameter of hind ocellus. Antenna distinctly shorter body length, penultimate flagellomere about as long as wide. Interspaces between punctures on disc of mesonotum smaller than its diameter. Areola on propodeum well defined, diamond-shaped, closed with strong costulae, mostly polished posterio-laterally, with a longitudinal carina parallel to lateral margin. Pterostigma 2.3× as long as its widest part, vein 1-R1 not longer than pterostigma, vein r 1.4× longer than vein 2-SR, distinctly angled at junction. T1 weakly widened apically, short, 1.2× longer than hind width, turned-over part transverse, strongly rugose, with longitudinal striation laterally, longitudinal channel indistinct or absent; T2 transverse, 3.8× wider than long in the middle; T3 1.9× longer than T2. Ovipositor sheath about as long as hind tibia.
