RemarksKuroda et al. (1971) reported the colour of the species, based on specimens from Japanese waters, with light yellowish brown, bearing two vertical and lateral brown zones. All our five specimens are pure white, without colourful zones. This may be caused by long-term preservation in alcohol. The habitat of this species was muddy sand and gravel sediments.
