Major release of GWSumm for coverage and modularity, including:
- Require gwdetchar-2.0.0 and upgrade CSS+JS libraries (#323)
- Refactor and reformat bash scripts as entry points (#319)
- Implement unit test for
gwsumm.batch(#321) - Implement unit tests for
gwsumm.plot.{guardian, triggers}(#320) - Assorted command-line and unit test enhancements (#322)
- Support Python >= 3.6 with build-and-test (#318)
