Description

Here

we include a modified couplet 8 and beyond in the key of Limeira-de-Oliveira et al. (2020) to separate the genera of Traginopinae with setulae on the scutellar disc, from those without setulae on the scutellar disc. Inclusion of Umbodinia gen. nov. forces several changes to the key after this couplet.

8. Scutellar disc setulose. Several anterior fronto-orbital setae inclinate............................... Shewellia Hennig

- Scutellar disc bare. Only 1 fronto-orbital seta inclinate. ....................................................... 9

9. Dorsocentral setae 5 (1+4).............................. Pauximyia Limeira-de-Oliveira, Marques, Gaimari & Rafael

- Dorsocentral setae 4 (1+3)............................................................................. 10

10. Four and/or five pairs of fronto-orbital setae. Surstylus articulated with epandrium.................. Pradomyia Gaimari

- Three pairs of fronto-orbital setae. Surstylus not articulated with epandrium..................................... 11

11. Face brown to black pruinose with white medial pruinose stripe........................................................................................................ Inpauema Limeira-de-Oliveira, Marques, Reis & Rafael

- Face uniformly yellow, lacking medial stripe.............................................................. 12

12. Frons in anterior view lacking black spots; Anepisternum lacking setae........................... Helgreelia Gaimari Frons in anterior view with 2 black spots (Fig. 4); Anepisternum with setae (Fig. 3)...................................................................................................... Umbodinia bella, gen. nov. et sp. nov.
