Data Packet Structure for the LCR Oyster Project

Description
The data packet structure document contains guidelines on how to make data packets for the Lone Cabbage Reef Restoration project. Each data type collected is subject to a data packet which will require double data entry, as well as data validation of those entries. The packet includes definitions of column names and acceptable variables for those columns. This data packet structure is also found on our project GitHub, https://github.com/LCRoysterproject/repo_structure.
