PATCH of version 1.0.0

Changes:

  • Fixed DFI
  • Fixed DPA
  • sQTL splice junctions are accepted and they are displayed in blue.
  • Now, transcript features with the genomic position are displayed correctly.
  • GO annotation has been updated (May 12, 2023).
  • Now, tappAS only asks for Rscript location once.
  • Miscellaneous changes.
