OpenMS and OpenSWATH: Algorithms for next-generation mass spectrometry data
Description
OpenMS/OpenSwath grant presentation from the December 2020 EOSS meeting.
We briefly introduce mass spectrometry data and go on to show two new features (a Wizard to guide the user through data analysis and a visualization module for large scale data), which were implemented in the scope of this grant.
