Description
pyfocs v0.5 is a fully-functional python package intended for atmospheric deployments of DTS. The package enables the easy shepherding of DTS data from raw instrument output to geographically-labeled air temperature and wind speed in netcdf format. At its core, pyfocs incorporates the powerful and robust calibration routines from dtscalibration. pyfocs v0.5 was used to process LOVE19, NyteFOX, Loewe20 experiments, consisting of terabytes of data and kilometers of fiber optic cable.
