Advancing wind resource assessment in complex terrain with scanning lidar measurements

A presentation part of the IEA Wind Task 32 webinar series on how to tackle challenges associated with wind resource assessment in complex terrain. We introduce the developed approach for combining scanning lidar measurements with flow modelling in order to improve numerical wind flow performance.
