Cultivating the Wellbeing of Beginner Teachers in Educational Institutions

The study presents in an analytical manner a complex training program for ”wellbeing”, directed at beginner early educators. The author presents a number of theoretical landmarks of psycho-pedagogical nature that are relevant for practitioners, capitalizing on them in a staged way in a specific socio-cultural context.
