Despre revocarea contractului de donație în lumina noilor reglementări aprobate prin legea privind modernizarea codului civil

The present paper briefly analyzes the new provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova concerning the rules on the right of the donorto revoke the donation. The study critically analysethe revocation for ingratitude, revocation for the unjustified non-fulfillment of conditions or charges, revocationin case of impoverishment of the donorand residual right to revoke the donation. It also highlights the time limits for revoking the donation, the effects of revoking, pointing out some particular aspectsand gapsof the new provisions.
