PORTOFOLIUL DE PROIECTE AL BIBLIOTECII NAȚIONALE A REPUBLICII MOLDOVA: BUNELE PRACTICI APLICABILE ÎN BIBLIOTECĂ

 The article highlights the development trends of the portfolio of projects in the National Library of the Republic of Moldova, the working tools and the key elements to which a project manager have to draw his attention. Aspects such as time and fluidity, the importance of the organizational strategy, the presence of support elements, planned and unplanned results, creativity, the psychological part of the communication processes within the project are discussed
