The OPF (Open Preservation Foundation) conducted the 2019/2020 community survey between November 2019 and Februrary 2020 and the results provide a detailed picture of the digital preservation landscape today.
This data set contains:
- the OPF result report of the survey
- the raw data
- the list of questions as supplied in the questionnaire
- the survey guidance notes as supplied alongside the questionnaire

About the Survey:
The OPF 2019 Digital Preservation Community Survey aims to understand the current approach to digital preservation, identify the tools the community relies on and which resources are used to support day-to-day digital preservation work.
The results shall help to identify shared priorities and gaps in digital preservation today.
The survey is organised into four sections:

- OPF membership
About the OPF:
The OPF (Open Preservation Foundation) is a global, not-for-profit membership organisation. It leads a collaborative effort to create, maintain and develop the reference set of sustainable, open source digital preservation tools and supporting resources.
