Description
Adds LOFAR UDP -> GUPPI RAW support through a new CLI. Added time-major processing modes (30, 31, 32) Improved documentation Cleaned up file structures
Known Issues: The skip-to-packet logic appears to have an offset error, I think I'm not updating the decompression buffer pos attribute correctly. Should only cause an issue on the first iteration after a skip operation.
