Given that the Research Data Alliance is a global membership organisation, its core work focuses on network building rather than producing or curating research data. Nonetheless, some of the data it holds, specifically membership data, can be incredibly valuable in tracking the international uptake of and engagement in research data management and sharing

This document outlines what data will be collected and generated and how it will be handled during the project lifetime and after, detailing the policy, methodology and standards adopted for data collection and generation, curation, use, sharing and preservation.
